Wayne Bowman and Dick Harrison are the BrainPosse principals.

Wayne Bowman has built a record of consistent marketing communications successes for more than twenty years as a senior executive in marketing communications disciplines ranging from public relations to advertising to digital media.

Dick Harrison has more than thirty years' experience as a creative director with major international agencies Saatchi & Saatchi and BBDO, and as creative director and marketing services director for an eighteen-country region with McCann-Erickson.

Together and individually, Wayne and Dick have developed:

  • Worldwide strategies and campaigns for companies including Coca-Cola, Union Carbide, Nestlé, Nabisco, Delta Air Lines, KFC and Chase Bank.
  • National, regional, and single-market programs for American Express, MCI, Mohawk Industries, Pier 1 Imports, Procter & Gamble, MasterCraft Boats, FedEx and many more B2B and B2C clients.

Wayne and Dick are enthusiastic practitioners and life-long students of the science, craft and art of persuasion.
